Irakli Parjiani (ირაკლი ფარჯიანი - born 1950, Mestia - died 1991, Tbilisi) Parjiani was a famous painter and graphic artist. He was an important representative of Georgian art of the 20th century, and studied at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts (1968-1974). He was the laureate of the State Prize of Georgia (1992) and the Pirosmani Award (1996). At various times exhibitions of his works have been held in Tbilisi, Palermo, Moscow, Berlin, Barcelona, ​​Paris, Rome, Dornach (Goetheanum), among other locations.
